A Procurement Training and Development Network comprising representatives from all the Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) has been established to monitor and evaluate the success of the application of the Procurement Competence Career Path Framework for the NI Public Sector.
The Centres of Procurement Expertise are:-
- Central Procurement Directorate,
- Central Services Agency - Regional Supplies Service,
- Health Estates Agency,
- Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
- NI Water (formerly Water Service),
- Roads Service (Department for Regional Development),
- Translink, and
- the 5 Education and Library Boards (which will merge into a single new education authority in 2008)
