OGC Extant Procurement Guidance

A list of OGC Extant Procurement Guidance has been compiled and categorised into three distinct areas; Construction Procurement, Project / Programme Management and the Procurement Process.
Construction Procurement includes new works, refurbishment and maintenance and is based on best value for money over the life of the facility.
Project/Programme Management is a combination of the roles and responsibilities of individuals assigned to the project/programme, the organisational structure that sets out clear reporting arrangements and the set of processes to deliver the required outcome.  It ensures that everyone involved knows what is expected of them and helps to keep cost, time and risk under control.
The Procurement process spans the whole life cycle from mutual conception and definition of need to the end of the useful life of an asset or the end of the contract.
