OGC Extant Procurement Guidance

A list of OGC Extant Procurement Guidance has been compiled and categorised into three distinct areas; Construction Procurement, Project / Programme Management and the Procurement Process.
Construction Procurement includes new works, refurbishment and maintenance and is based on best value for money over the life of the facility.
Details of current policy plus advice, guidance and general information on Programme and Project Management (PPM) and the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Gateway Review Process in Northern Ireland can be found on the Successful Delivery (NI) website.
The Procurement process spans the whole life cycle from mutual conception and definition of need to the end of the useful life of an asset or the end of the contract.
